85% of B2B customers search the web before making a purchase decision and your website has the best chance of being a prospect’s first impression.  And it turns out, the look and feel of your website is the primary driver of those first impressions.

Elements for good website design

Simple. Easy navigation with quick information on home and landing pages. More detailed content can be used in the site but through progressive disclosure, a way to house content that the consumer doesn’t need right away but can find by digging deeper into the website.

  1. Consistent. Use matching design elements such as font, color, sizes, etc. and using modern, relatable imagery, not typical stock
  2. Typography & Readability
  3. Mobile responsive
  4. Communication with an active call to action on each page
  5. Following best practices for design for the current time period
